At Beacon Wood we try to make the complicated simple and to be clear in how we deal with our clients.
Beacon Wood is regulated in the conduct of its business by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S.). The R.I.C.S. prescribe through their own regulations, standards of behaviour, disclosure and process – particularly in relation to client funds, and for compliance with money laundering legislation.
Beacon Wood hold client funds in separate, individual, clearly nominated bank accounts in which the funds are not eligible to be used to offset any liabilities to which they could have been subject if otherwise held.
We set out to apply the highest standards in what we do and to inform those with whom we work, whether as clients or other stakeholders. Beacon Wood have a formal complaints procedure in compliance with R.I.C.S. guidelines, which is available to view on request.
